今年的母親節快到了,在這想跟大家分享一些我跟我媽媽間的一些故事
在德國某個寒冷的冬天,我正要準備上班,我被媽媽叫過去小聊了一下,就在我準備要跟他道別時,
她說:外頭這麼冷去加條圍巾!
我回她:“我今年都30歲了,不需要提醒我這種小事”
她的答覆堅定且是無價的
“就算哪天妳70歲,而我90歲,這也無法改變妳永遠是我的孩子!”
我學到了一課:
不管年紀多大,母愛都將是你最需要的!
是時候對我們的母親說聲謝謝妳的所有教訓,犧牲的時間!
分享蛋糕,共度時光,大笑並記住所有這些小故事,這是說“謝謝”的最佳方式!

Mother’s Day is coming and this year I want to tell you a little story from my Mum and myself.
It was a cold winter day in Germany. I was just about to leave for work in the morning when my mum called me. So, we had a little chat and then we were about to say good bye when my mum telling me to wear my scarf because its cold outside!
I said Mum:” I am 30 years old, You do not have to remind me!”
Her answer was priceless and firm:
“If you are 70 and I am 90 you will be always my child, Period!”
And I learned one lesson:
No matter your age, you will always need your Mum!

Time to say Thank You to our Mothers for all the lessons, time and sacrifices!
There is no better way to say “Thank You”, as sharing a Cake, spend time together, laugh and remember all this little story’s!

今年瑟瑞爾主廚選擇法國威廉梨子結合了佛手柑以及柳橙帶給豐富的口感!
酥脆的泡芙裝飾海綿蛋糕、黑莓果凍,糖煮梨子,佛手柑以及柳橙鮮奶油!
上層以精緻的馬士卡彭香緹擠花與迷你黑莓果凍泡芙裝飾!
對我來說 聖多娜黑不論是視覺或是品嚐起來都是令人愉悅的!

Today I would like to introduce our signature St.Honore Mother’s Day Cake!
For this year Chef Cyrille chooses French Williams Pears in combination with Bergamot and Orange for the extra Zing!
A crispy Puff Pastry topped with Viennoise Sponge, Blackberry Jelly, Fragrant Pear Compote, Bergamot and Orange Crème Diplomate!
Decorated with a skillful piped Mascarpone Chantilly and Mini Choux filled with Blackberry jelly!
For me the St.Honore is always a Joy to see and eat , apriciating the craftmanship and Beauty…..
